I couldn’t sleep last night because of a huge stomach ache I was having. I woke up every couple of hours to go to the bathroom, and then felt completely uncomfortable after every bathroom trip. I, now feel that I have gotten every piece of toxic out of my system, and I can move on with my life.

This has been building up for days, and it’s most likely because of all the junk food and fast food I’ve been consuming. The last time I had an upset stomach this bad was when I was 11 when I used to do really terrible late night junk binges, and I thought I would learned my lesson. I guess I didn’t.
